On Monday at approximately 5:36 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police and the Town of Seneca Falls Fire Department responded to the area of 2034 State Highway 414 for a one vehicle accident. It was determined that the operator Sean R. Boothman, age 41 of 30 North Fulton Street in Auburn, was traveling Southbound when he swerved to avoid a deer causing him to lose control and rollover his SUV. Boothman sustained no injuries from the accident. Also, a license check revealed Boothman’s driving privileges had been revoked in the State of New York. Boothman was ticketed for Aggravated Unlawful Operation 2nd and released on scene. Boothman is scheduled to appear at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on May 21 at 10:00 am to answer the charge. North Seneca Ambulance also assisted on scene.
