Sodus man jailed after failing to appear in court

On Wednesday May 13 at 1:37 pm Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Sean M. Gerry, age 23 of 80 Main Street Sodus, on a Seneca County Family Court warrant of arrest. The charges stem from when Gerry was absent in Family Court for an appearance. Gerry was arraigned before Seneca Falls Town Court Justice Lafler and committed to the Seneca County Law Enforcement Center in lieu of $1000 cash or $2000 bond. Gerry will appear in Family Court at a later date.
