On Friday May 8th at 10:21 PM the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Zakarie E Damato, age 29 of East Main Street in Clifton Springs, for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the Second Degree, a misdemeanor. It is alleged that Damato operated a motor vehicle while having suspended driver privileges in NYS. Damato is also charged with unlicensed operation and having an inadequate muffler, both violations. Damato was arraigned before the Honorable Judge Laquidari in the Seneca Falls Town court and committed to Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 bail/$2,000 bond. He is to reappear before the Court on May 13 at 9:30 AM.
