On Monday at approximately 6:00 pm the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Dustin H. Parker, age 27 of 25 Spruce Lane in Seneca Falls, on 3 separate bench warrants for failure to appear on charges of Assault in the 3rd Degree, Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, Child Endangerment, Unlawful Imprisonment in the 2nd Degree, Criminal Obstruction of Breath/Blood Circulation, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree.He was arraigned in town court on all charges and committed to the SCCF on $5000 Cash/$10,000 Bond and is to reappear in town court on 06/04/15 at 5:00 pm.
