Aggravated DWI charge for New Jersey man in Seneca Falls

The Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports that on May 9th around 2:51 am, Sheriffs Deputies arrested Prakash S. Ramani, age 26 of 52 Susquehanna Ave of Rochelle Park, New Jersey, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated with .18% or higher BAC.The arrest stems from a traffic stop that occured on Kingdom Rd in the Town of Seneca Falls around 2:37 am after deputies observed the vehicle that Ramani was operating to be swerving over into the oncomming lane of traffic. While conducting the investigation, deputies learned that Ramani was operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.Ramani was charged with Agrravated Driving While Intoxicated with .18% or higher BAC, Driving While Intoxicated and Failure to Keep Right. Ramani is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on the 18th of May 2015 at 6:00pm
