On Monday at approximately 04:32 PM the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Kennedy L. Clark, age 17 of 60 Chapel Street in Seneca Falls, for Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment in the 2nd Degree. 
The arrest stems from an incident that occurred on April 07, 2015. Clark is accused of hitting a 15-year-old student during an altercation at Mynderse Academy, which caused minor injuries to that student.Clark was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 05/11/15 at 6pm.
