The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on May 1st at 01:30 am, Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Mirel J Oese-Siegel, age 24 of Serven Rd in the Town of Waterloo. Oese-Siegel was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving with .08% of 1% or more and Speed not Reasonable and Prudent. The arrest stems from an investigation into a one car property damage accident on Serven Rd in the Town of Waterloo.Oese-Siegel was traveling North bound on Serven Rd when she left the East shoulder of the roadway striking a mailbox and overturning after striking a ditch. Oese-Siegel was entrapped and had to be extracted from the vehicle by the Border City Fire Department.The vehicle suffered extensive damage and was towed from the scene.Deputies were assisted at the scene by North Seneca Ambulance. Oese-Siegel was released on appearance tickets and is to appear in the Town of Waterloo on May 27th 2015 to answer the charges.
