On Saturday at 5:41 pm, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrest Kenneth B. Carroll, age 25 of 25 Peterman Road in Seneca Falls, for criminal contempt in the first degree, a felony, criminal obstruction of breathing, misdemeanor, and harassment 2nd degree.Carroll is accused of obstructing the breathing of and physically harassing a female resident during a domestic dispute at his residence while an order of protection was in effect protecting said female.The female was uninjured and refused medical treatment for checkover.Carroll was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 bail/$10,000 bond. Carroll is to reappear before the Seneca Falls Town Court on 05/07/2015 at 9:30 AM.
