Seneca county Sheriffs Deputies investigated a one vehicle personal injury accident that occurred on Rt 366 in the Town of Fayette earlier Today . A vehicle driven by Danielle M Fonda age 36 of 5854 Rt 96 in Romulus was eastbound on Rt 336 when she took her eyes off the roadway and drove into a ditch on the south side of the roadway. Fonda over corrected the vehicle which caused it to overturn. Fonda was treated for minor injuries at the scene by North Seneca Ambulance but declined transport to the hospital. The vehicle sustained heavy damage.
