On Friday at approximately 5:45 pm, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Kristina M. Kinsman, age 26 of 192 Ovid Street lot 124 in Seneca Falls, for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd and Operating Out of Class after a traffic stop for uninsured motor vehicle. Kinsman was able to provided officer’s with proper insurance paperwork however her Kinsman’s driving privileges in NYS were suspended. Kinsman was released on UTTS and is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court on May 18 at 6:00 pm to answer to the charges.
