On Thursday April 24 at approximately 7:00 pm the Town of Seneca Fall Police Department arrested Katina M Herman, age 40 of 5129 Route 96 in Romulus, for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd, misdemeanor, and Speed In Zone after a traffic stop on Balsley Road in Seneca Falls. Officers then learned that Herman’s NYS driving privileges were suspended. Herman was released on UTTs and is to appear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on May 18 at 6:00 pm to answer to the charge.
