On Tuesday at about 7:45 pm the Waterloo Police Department arrested Scott C. Smith age 37 of 22 Stark Street Waterloo, NY for Disorderly Conduct, Harassment 2nd Degree and two counts of Endangering The Welfare of a Child. Earlier at about 5:15 pm while in public Mr. Smith used obscene and threatening language towards an adult male, as well as physically pushed the adult male in the presence of a 13 year old and a 15 year old. Mr. Smith was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court where he plead guilty to all charges. He was fined and a stay away order of protection was issued.
