On Monday at approximately 10:47 pm the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Savannah S. Martinez, age 27 of 161 West Bayard Street, Apt. 50 in Seneca Falls, for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree, and Unregistered Motor Vehicle following a one-car accident. Martinez is accused of operating a motor vehicle while her driving privileges in NYS were suspended. Martinez was released on UTTs and is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on May 18 at 6:00 pm to answer the charges.
