On Monday at about 12:04 pm, the Waterloo Police Department arrested Brandon C. Knowland, age 28 of 62 North Walnut Street in Waterloo, for criminal contempt 2nd degree. It is alleged Knowland made several phone calls to female who has a class A order of protection against him.Knowland was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $5000.00 bail.Knowland was also arraigned on a violation of Probation warrant issued for violating his conditions of probation following a separate arrest for criminal contempt 2nd degree a few days earlier. He is to reappear at a later date to answer to the charges.
