The Waterloo Police Department arrested Brandon C Knowland, 28 of 110 East Williams Street in Waterloo, on Sunday at 9:46 am for Criminal Contempt in the second degree and Petit Larceny. The arrest stems from an incident taking place on Saturday involving a domestic dispute between Knowland and another individual while there was a class B order of protection active against Knowland.Knowland was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $1500 bail $3000 bond. Knowland is scheduled to appear in Village of Waterloo Court on a later date to answer to the charges.A class A order of protection was issued against Knowland.
