The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Saturday at 2:58 am Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 44 year old Amy K. Kellar of 5854 State Route 96 in Romulus for DWI. The arrest stems from a traffic stop on State Route 96 in the Town of Varick after Deputies observed Kellar failing to keep right. Following further investigation Kellar was Charged with DWI and operating a Motor vehicle with .08% BAC or greater. Kellar was released on utt’s and is to appear in the Town of Varick Court on the May 13 at 7 pm.
