On Friday Seneca County Sheriff Investigators arrested Jason J. Fox, age 16 of 4887 Route 96A in Romulus, for two counts of criminal mischief in the 4th degree and one count of criminal mischief in the 3rd degree. The charges stem from investigations into 3 separate incidents in which Fox damaged property of a Town of Varick business. On April 15 he damaged a vehicle causing $244 worth of damage, on April 16 caused $744.00 worth of damage to another vehicle, and on April 17 caused $200 worth of damage to a television. Fox was issued appearance tickets and is to re-appear in the Town of Varick Court on May 13 to answer to the charges.
