The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Friday at 3:25 am Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Adam-John A Macmahon, 24 of 32 Woodruff Street in Cortland , on West River Road in the Town of Fayette. He was charged with Felony Driving While Intoxicated, Felony Driving with .08% of 1% or more and Aggravated Unlicensed Operator in the 1st degree, also a felony. Macmahon was arraigned in the Town of Fayette Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $4000 cash bail $8000 secured bond and is to reappear in the Town of Fayette on April 21st to answer the charges.
