Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on Wednesday at 7:05 PM Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Kirsly L. Bisgrove age 24 of 6015 Stilwell Road in Trumansburg on a Bench Warrant for Failure to Pay Fine issued out of the Town of Lodi Court. Bisgrove was arraigned before the Town of Covert Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $705.00 bail/ $1410.00 secured bond. Bisgrove is to reappear at the Town of Lodi Court on April 22nd at 10:00 AM.
