The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Tuesday at 09:07 pm Deputies arrested Russell C. Noftell II, age 29 of 11 East Elisha Street in Waterloo, on a bench warrant from the Town of Lodi Court. Noftell was arraigned by Town of Lodi Court before Justice VanClef and was ROR’ed. Noftell is to appear in Lodi Town Court at a later date.
