Traffic stop leads to warrant arrest in Seneca Falls

On Wednesday at 11:14 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Jeffery L. Burgess, age 56 of 10 Teft Avenue in Clifton Springs, following a traffic stop on West Bayard Street in the Town of Seneca Falls. The traffic stop was conducted after an officer observed Burgess speeding. After the driver was identified it was discovered he had a warrant for Failure to Pay Fine, for an original Disorderly Conduct charge, issued by Town of Seneca Falls Court . Burgess was taken into custody and arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court, where he was ROR.
