On Wednesday at 7:00 pm the Penn Yan Police Department arrested a 16 year old eligible youthful offender for Burglary in the Second and Grand Larceny in the Fourth following a break in at a Penn Yan residence.The 16 year old is accused of breaking into a residence and stealing a shotgun.Police have since recovered the shotgun which they discovered was pawned for drugs.Police are not releasing the name of the offender at this time.
