On Wednesday 4:45 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested James E. Downs, age 28 of 77 Alton Way in West Henrietta, following a traffic stop on Garden Street in the Town of Seneca Falls.Downs was stopped after he was observed speeding in a school zone. During the stop, it was discovered that Downs driving privileges in NYS had been revoked.Downs was charged with Speed in School Zone, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the second degree, and Operating without an Interlock Device. Downs was arraigned in Town of Seneca Falls Court and ROR to reappear on May 27th, 2015 at 10:00 am.
