The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on Saturday at approximately 5:20 pm Sheriff Deputies arrested Frederick T Welch, age 55 of 198 Faragot Street in Rochester, for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th Degree and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd. It is alleged that Welch was in possession of merchandise that was reported stolen from a Town of Junius business. During the investigation it was found that Welch was operating a vehicle on a revoked drivers license. Welch was arraigned at the Junius Town Court where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash $1000 secured bond. He is scheduled to reappear on April 16, 2015.
