On Saturday at approximately 9:58 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Nicholas M Fish, aka Nicholas M. Wells age 26 of 25 Peterman Rd in Seneca Falls, on a Bench Warrant issued by Seneca County Court for Failure to Appear/Surcharge. Fish (Wells) was TOT Waterloo PD where he was also wanted on a Bench Warrant for Failure to Pay Fine. Fish (Wells) was arraigned in Village of Waterloo Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility pending Seneca County Court Appearance.
