Tuesday at approximately 5:44 pm the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Tyler J. Garafalo, age 24 of 97 Swift Street in Auburn following a traffic stop in the Town of Seneca Falls. Garafalo was stopped for having and expired NYS inspection sticker. After further investigation, it was learned through a NYS DMV check that Garafalo’s driving privileges in NYS were suspended. Garafalo was issued UTTs for Uninspected Motor Vehicle and AUO 3rd. Tyler was released and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on April 16 at 6:00 pm to answer to the charges.
