The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Sunday at approximately 2:00 am Deputies arrested Wayne A. Andrews, age 37 of 1333 Main Street in Willard. The arrest stems from an investigation of a one vehicle property damage crash on East Seneca Street in the Town of Ovid. Andrews was charged with DWI, Aggravated DWI BAC .18% or more, and speed not reasonable and prudent. He is to appear in the Town of Ovid Court on April 14 at 10 am. Sheriff’s Deputies were assisted at the scene by Ovid Fire Department, South Seneca Ambulance and NYSEG .
