The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit and the Seneca Falls Police Department recently concluded an investigation into suspected drug sales which were occurring in close proximity to a daycare facility and a local school in the Town of Seneca Falls. Jedediah J. Shaw, age 33 of 99 ½ Mynderse Street in Seneca Falls, was arrested and charged with three counts of Criminal Sale of Marijuana in the Fourth Degree and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. A search warrant was executed at the home which resulted in Sheriff’s Investigators seizing approximately $1,000 in cash, a digital scale, packaging material, and drug paraphernalia. Shaw was released on appearance tickets and is to appear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on April 20 at 6 pm.
