The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Wednesday at 12:56 am Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 21-year-old Nicholas N. Anderson of 2190 East Seneca Street in Lodi for DWI. The arrest came following a property damage accident on State Route 96 in Romulus.It is alleged that Anderson was driving northbound on State Route 96 in the Town of Romulus when his vehicle left the west side of the roadway, striking a telephone pole.Following further investigation, Anderson was charged with moving from lane unsafely, speed not reasonable and prudent, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, and DWI including Aggravated DWI .18% BAC or greater.Anderson was released and is to appear in the Town of Romulus Court on the 10th of April at 10:0 am to answer the charges.
