Seneca Falls man arrested after domestic dispute

On Saturday March 21 at 12:45 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Kenneth B. Carroll, age 26 of 25 Peterman Road in Seneca Falls, for Harassment 2nd, Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd, Criminal Mischief 4th, and Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or Blood Circulation, following a domestic incident. Police were called to Carroll’s home shortly after 11:30 am on Saturday for a physical domestic that occurred. While in custody on the above charges it was discovered that Carroll has an outstanding warrant out of the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office. Carroll was arraigned in Town of Seneca Falls Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1000.00 cash or $2000.00 bond. An Order of Protection was issued for the victim. Carroll is to reappear in Town Court on April 2 at 5:00 pm to answer for the charges.
