On Monday at approximately 1:21 pm the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Daniel J. Everett, age 24 of 12 West Elizabeth Street in Waterloo, following a traffic stop after receiving a vehicle and traffic complaint involving Everett’s vehicle. During the stop, Everett provided a false name to Officers to avoid charges as his NYS driving privileges are revoked. Everett was also found to be in possession of cocaine in his vehicle. Everett was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 1st degree, a class E felony, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th, a class A misdemeanor, and False Impersonation, a class B misdemeanor. Everett was arraigned in the Town of Tyre Court where he was ROR’d and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on March 26 at 9:00 am to answer to the charges.
