The Waterloo Police Department reports that on Saturday at 12:15 am Willie E Love Jr., 51 of 16 Clark Street in Waterloo, was arrested for grand larceny in the fourth degree, and unauthorized use of a vehicle. The arrest stems from an incident occurring on March 13 where it is alleged Love took a vehicle without the permission of the owner. Love was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court and was released on his own Recognizance. Love is scheduled to appear on a later date to answer to these charges. A Class A order of protection was issued against Love.
