The Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports that on Saturday around 3:18 am Sheriffs Deputies arrested Rachael Winfield, age 32 of 22 Mynderse Street in Seneca Falls, for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 2nd Degree. The arrest stems from a traffic stop that occurred on Auburn Road in the Town of Seneca Falls around 2:58 am. While conducting an investigation, Deputies found Winfield to be operating on a suspended/revoked licensed and that Winfield has been previously convicted of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd Degree in addition to numerous suspension and revocations. Winfield was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 2nd Degree, Littering, and failing to maintain designated lane. Winfield was arraigned at the Seneca Falls Town Court where she was ROR’d and is to re-appear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on the 8th of April at 10:00 am.
