Seneca Falls resident arrested for DWI

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Saturday at 2:03 am Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 31 year old Sharmin K Kabir of 4 1/2 Seneca Lane in Seneca Falls for DWI. The arrest stems from a traffic stop after deputies observed Kabir run through a red light at the intersection of State route 5 and 414 in the Town of Seneca Falls. After further investigation, deputies charged Kabir with DWI including .08%bac or greater. Kabir was issued UTT’s returnable to the Town of Seneca Falls Court on the 13th of April at 7 pm.
