On Thursday at 4:27 pm the Penn Yan Police Department arrested Garrett Dunbar, age 53 of Clinton Street in Penn Yan, following a traffic stop.Dunbar is charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 2nd degree. Police found he was driving while DMV records show he has had four revocations resulting from previous DWI arrests.Dunbar was arraigned and is scheduled to appear in Village court on Monday to answer the charges.
