On Saturday at 11:46 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Michael E. Oconnor, age 31 of 313 East Main Street in Waterloo, following a property damage crash that occurred on Water Street in the Town of Seneca Falls. Officers came across a property damage accident which occurred on Water Street where the operator, Oconnor was later determined to be traveling too fast for the conditions and driving while intoxicated. Oconnor was taken into custody, transported back to the police department where he later refused to take a breath test. Oconnor was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and ROR to reappear in Town Court on April 8 at 10:00 am to answer for the charges of Speed not Reasonable or Prudent and Driving While Intoxicated.
