On Tuesday at about 5:02 pm the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Jason A. Persinger, age 39 of 1019 Main Street in Newark, for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 2nd Degree following a traffic stop. He is accused of operating a motor vehicle while having revoked driving privileges. Persinger was also charged with Operating Without Insurance, Unlicensed Operator, and Unregistered Motor Vehicle and was arraigned in Town of Seneca Falls Court. Persinger was ROR to reappear in Town Court on April 8 at 9:00 am to answer the charges.
