On Wednesday The Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Brett S. Lambert age 26 of Spruce Lane in Seneca Falls for Felony Driving While Intoxicated, Felony .08 or more BAC, and Failure to Stop at Stop Sign. Lambert is accused of operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition, and had a prior conviction within ten years. 
Lambert was arraigned in the Seneca Falls Town Court and released to reappear in court on 05/07/2015 at 5:00 pm.
