On March 5, 2015 at approximately 3:02 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Holton G. Pierce, age 54 of RR 1 Box 264 in Nedrow, NY. Pierce was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the Second Degree and Speed in Zone. Pierce was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of the Honorable Judge Lafler and Committed to the Seneca County Jail in lieu of $1000 Cash or $2000 bond. Pierce is due back in court on April 2, 2015 at 5:00 pm to answer the charges.
