The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Sunday at 2:05 am, Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 51-year-old Ginger D. Hayes, of 34 Cayuga Street in Clyde, for DWI. The arrest stems From a Traffic stop for Failure to keep right on State Route 5 in the Town of Seneca Falls. Following Further investigation, Deputies determined Hayes was Intoxicated and she was charged with DWI, Including Aggravated DWI .18%bac or greater.Hayes was released on traffic tickets and is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on the 30th of March at 7pm.
