The Waterloo Police Department reports that today at 1:25 am James W Rogers, 45 of 119 East Elisha Street in Waterloo, was arrested following a traffic stop on East Elisha Street. It was discovered during the course of the traffic stop that Rogers held a revoked driver’s license. Rogers was arrested and issued traffic tickets for aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree and operating out of ignition interlock restriction. Rogers was released on his own recognizance and is to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court at a later date.
