The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Monday at 7:17 am deputies responded to Route 89 in the Town of Ovid for a reported PI MVA. Upon investigating the accident deputies learned that Robert A. Fregin, age 62 of 801 Arcadia Rd. in Chesapeake, VA was South bound on Route 89 when he lost control of his vehicle on a patch of slush and the vehicle rolled over and came to rest on the driver side. Fregin was taken by South Seneca Ambulance to Cayuga Medical Center, where he was treated for head pain. Lodi Fire assisted at the scene.
