On Wednesday at 9:02 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Ann M. Davis of 161 West Bayard Street in Seneca Falls following a warrant investigation. The Seneca County Court issued a warrant for Davis arrest after she failed to pay her court ordered surcharges. Davis was taken into custody at her home without incident and she was transferred to the custody of the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
