On Wednesday at 10:49 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Michael K. Smith, age 36 of 13 Van Rensselaer Street in Seneca Falls, on an Arrest Warrant for Harassment 2nd and Unlawful Imprisonment. It is alleged that Smith held a female victim against her will and at some point created unwanted physical contact on January 21, 2015. Smith was taken into custody without incident. Smith was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court. Smith was ROR to re-appear in court on 03/11/2015 at 10:30 am. An Order of Protection was issued for the victim.
