The Seneca County Sheriff’s office reports that on Thursday at 12:42 am Seneca County Deputies arrested Bradley J Hample, Age 31 of 1795 County Road 6 in Phelps, on St Rt 96 in the Town of Waterloo. Hample was charged with Failure to keep right, driving while intoxicated, and Aggravated Driving while intoxicated.Deputies report that Hample was released on appearance tickets and is to appear before the Town of Waterloo Court on March 25 to answer the charges.
