The Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports that Sheriff Deputies arrested Janelle L. Kay, age 35 of 2331 East Seneca St. in Lodi, on a Family Court Warrant out of the Seneca County Family Court. Kay was arraigned before the Town of Covert court as the Seneca County Family Court was not in session. Kay was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2000 cash, $4000 bail bond. Kay is to appear before Family Court when in session at a later date.
