Sectionals: Girls hit the court, Geneva boys ousted

Twelve Wayne-Finger Lakes girls varsity basketball teams were in action on Wednesday night with a lighter slate of local teams on the boys side. Geneva lost a tight affair to visiting Wayne, Gananda advanced, and HAC handed Romulus their 20th loss of the season to advance in Class D1. In Class AA, Victor’s season came to an end at the hands of Rush Henrietta.
