Penn Yan Man charged a second time for selling heroin

On Monday at 5:01 pm the Penn Yan Police Department arrested 21 year old Brendon M. Bolger of 1A Serenity Place in Penn Yan for the criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd and criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, both class B felonies.Bolger is accused of selling heroin from his Serenity Place residence. He had been previously charged with selling heroin in October of 2014 and is out on a $25,000 bail.Bolger was arraigned in Penn Yan Village Court and released on a continuation of his bail.
