The Waterloo Police Department reports that Bernadette L. Bristol, age 57 of 4231 Yost Road in Waterloo, was arrested for driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Sunday at 9:54 pm. It is reported Bristol was observed operating a vehicle with no headlights and tail lights activated as well as failing to keep right.Bristol was issued tickets for driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction within ten years, operating a motor vehicle with .08 of 1% or more alcohol with a previous conviction within ten years, and failure to keep right. Bristol was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court and released on her own recognizance. Bristol and is scheduled to reappear at a later date.
