On Saturday at approximately 4:23 pm, Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Marissa S. Costello, age 23 of 34 Hanratty Street in Kingston, NY, for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd degree.While Police were investigating a vehicle in a ditch complaint, it was discovered that the operator, Costello, had her driving privileges suspended in NYS. Costello was arraigned in Town of Seneca Falls Court and ROR to reappear on 03/05/2015 at 6pm.
